Process

A US physician can speak with their medical scribe in real-time using a virtual platform. Our scribes operate virtually in a setting that complies with HIPAA. Our scribes produce accurate chart notes with more than 95% accuracy and upload them straight into the EHR after learning about the preferences of their doctors. Both discrete and non-discrete data items are contained in EHRs. Then, medical professionals evaluate and sign finished charts. Depending on their option, our medical scribes can connect with their providers synchronously or asynchronously. They record notes from doctors and act upon them either immediately or later using the audio. If the provider chooses, our virtual assistants can record dictations while typing quickly.

Medical Scribe

Doctors are given access to devoted scribes who have in-depth knowledge of the specialties. This strategy guarantees consistent staffing and reduces the learning curve for scribes and clinicians alike. As a result, it takes the remote medical scribes less time to become familiar with the provider's preferred charting methods and documentation style. Daily charting in the EHR can be seamless while scribes are being on boarded. Providers can inform their scribes of any necessary changes.

Quality Control and HIPAA

Our service solution has a checkpoint that adds a QA specialist between the medical scribe and the supplier to guarantee high-quality notes. Our quality team meets with doctors on a regular basis to make sure the services are of a high standard and to discuss ways to improve them. Our virtual medical scribes have undergone background screening and HIPAA training. With our healthcare clients, we enter into Business Associate Agreements and use HIPAA-compliant technology and processes. The IT security and best practices are taught to our virtual medical scribes.
